Thomas R. Pool is Emeritus Staff at Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. While at Mayo, Tom served as a Division Chairman for Information Services providing information technology solutions for Finance, Administration, Research and Education. He has more than forty years of healthcare information systems experience. He currently serves on several boards. Tom has Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Health and Human Services Administration.
Jennifer Brigham, is both creative and strategic. Highly accomplished yet refreshingly down-to-earth, Jennifer has moved from three decades of successful business ownership to now consulting (Jennifer Brigham, Inc.) with entrepreneurs and recruiting organizations on business development and operations improvement.
Jennifer speaks and has been published nationally on digital recruitment and integrating social media marketing into sound business strategy.
Recently highlighted to speak on the Social Media panel at the American Staffing Association’s “Staffing World”
in Las Vegas, Jennifer spoke on the power of recruiting and networking via social media. As a frequent author,
speaker and quoted expert, Jennifer continues to share her knowledge of and passion for best practices in small
business, as well as the recruiting field.

PG Narayanan is the founder and CEO of SmiForce Inc. PG has more than 25 years of experience and his extensive experience includes senior-level management positions in R&D, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Channel Development, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
He was the Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Enterprise Technology, State of Minnesota. He was responsible for around $80M in budget and he was the primary driver for many IT transformations and innovations at the State for the last 5 years.
PG was the CEO of Allot Communications Inc. He was in charge of leading Allot activity in the United States and Latin America, including business development, sales, marketing, and customer services. Under PG’s leadership, the company’s revenue grew from $1M to $25M.
Prior to joining Allot, PG was the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at ADC (Tyco), a Fortune 500 company. PG led the IP and R&D strategy for ADC, performed more than 100 due diligences, and had a leading role in M&A activities.
PG was the president of Osicom’s Networking division and prior to Osicom, he was the VP and GM of Cray Communications, Inc.
PG is a Board member and was the President of the India Association of Minnesota, and also, he is currently the Commissioner of the Human Rights and Diversity Commission for the City of Eden Prairie.
Sharon Stein is the vice president of health & well-being solutions, HealthPartners. Sharon leads the health management business including business development, marketing, client management and service operations in delivering an exceptional experience to clients and participants.
Sharon has more than 25 years of experience of executive leadership and business management focused on partnering with organizations to maximize the potential of their employees. She has over 18 years of experience in the employee assistance and health and wellness industry.
She is an avid runner who enjoys traveling around the world running half marathons.
